The staff, while initially reserved, soon displayed warmth and hospitality, which enhanced my overall experience. They even kindly offered to assist with printing at no extra cost, a thoughtful gesture that added to the value of my stay.The hostel's cleanliness and good facilities, including a kitchen and a washing machine, are commendable. The availability of free Wi-Fi was particularly helpful for planning daily excursions. However, I couldn't help but notice the lack of certain luxury amenities like ironing facilities and air conditioning, which may be essential for some travelers seeking a more upscale experience.Delil's affordable rates and prime location make it a compelling choice for budget-conscious travelers looking to explore Kiev without compromising on comfort. For those prioritizing value and convenience over luxury, this hostel certainly offers a cost-effective option without skimping on essential amenities.
